From Our Nest to Yours – Fast & Fluffy Delivery!
Once you’ve placed your order, it’s our turn to make the magic happen. We pack each item with care and a sprinkle of joy — so your little duckies get their goodies fast and safe.
We Deliver All Over Egypt:
- Alexandria: 1–2 working days
- Cairo & Major Cities: 2–3 working days
- Remote Areas: 3–5 working days
Please note: Delivery might take a little longer during public holidays, Sham El Nessim, or other busy seasons — but we’ll always keep you in the loop!
Shipping Fees:
Shipping cost depends on your location and order size. We’ll confirm the exact delivery fee when we contact you to finalize the order — no surprise charges here!
Refund & Exchange Policy

We do our best to make sure every order arrives perfectly — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to fix it with a smile.
You Can Request a Refund or Exchange If:
The item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
What We Can’t Refund:
- Used or damaged items caused by misuse
- Returns requested after more than 3 days
- Items without original packaging
